EDWIN JON NELSON  - April 18, 1936 - March 19, 2009

 Edwin J. Nelson Born April 18, 1936 in Palo Alto, Ed Nelson passed away on March 19, 2009 in San Jose. He leaves, to cherish his memory, his wife of 50 years, Carla Rausch Nelson, daughter Jonna Jackson (son-in-law, Powell), grandson Quinn Jackson, and brothers Bob Nelson (Gerri) and Jim Nelson (Jackie). For 28 years Ed was owner-manager of AV Travel in the Almaden Valley.

Ed was married to his former Paly classmate, Carla Rausch Nelson. and  they were both graduates fom UCLA in 1958.
